Paul wrote lots of notes when an inspiration came to him. Many a drive into town, I had to grab a pen and paper and write as he dictated. Some of the dates are old but the Truth is still there. I thought you might enjoy a few.

Unfoldment (about 7/96)

While laying in bed the thought came “Can I move my arm? Can I move my leg? Is that which is telling me this in the arm? In the leg?” No. Mrs. E. says “you embrace your body in your thought.” Then to embrace your body you MUST be completely outside of it and NOT in it. “Consciousness constructs a better body when faith in matter has been conquered,” as Mrs. E. says. So thought, that aspect of Consciousness is NOT in anything, but entirely OUTSIDE and APART from the arm or leg because NOT confined WITHIN. Rather, arm & leg are wholly embraced (included) as idea showing forth or expressing Consciousness.

All life, all thought, the expression of God could NOT be in anything. Else God would be confined within the thing expressed, hence God would not be supreme.

As I understand this, and start with divine causation, I lose all fear of what could happen to arm, leg, or body. I find that my life is in Life itself. I cannot retire; my life is just beginning as Life unfolds itself.

Now ask: What’s to stop me from doing what I used to do exactly when Mind directs me to do it? Nothing but m.a.m. if I permit it. The WHOLE of error is man believing that the consciousness coming to him is he himself believing it as real, as a broken bone, or a sluggish body, etc. It is NOT. It is the dragon.

3/19/97 Think of it.

There is no substance in numeral. Obviously, the substance is in Mind and remains with Mind.

Since Mind is substance then Mind is doing the guiding and directing of its numeral. Ergo, numeral is Mind expressed.

To start to understand numeral from the standpoint of effect is to start from. . .

WOW! 5/21/’02 10:00 a.m. Thought re: Taking The Opposite View – CSM 5/14/’18

Thought just occurred: The Directors had a natural opposition to the CCT. Remember the CCT shows there is but one man. Only one man (individually or collectively) can demonstrate it.

Keep in view that the entire question of Marxism (Communism and/or Socialism) was prevalent during those days. Communism as one collective material man was rejected. But Socialism through law as a better system was accepted by C.S’tist who believed it a higher concept. The dragon, or malicious mind is man, had not been expressed during that day. Yet the natural hatred toward anyone expressing the human mind is readily understood. Hence the opposition to H.W.E.

Also, because the human mind’s sense of the divine was to accept a religious rather than a scientific sense of C.S., seeing mortals as necessary for the growth of C.S., rather than Science forcing mortals to translate out of materiality for growth as the scientific way.

But Truth is before us, eternally forcing us to THINK.

It is Mrs. Eddy’s CCT that is forcing C.S’tists to translate out of a material sense of church organization.

Mrs. Eddy ABSOLTUTELY KNEW the thought of the day was not ready to see what she founded as C.S. because thought was still so imbedded in matter as one’s mind. This was the reason WHY she began to identify the understanding of HWE as that condition of thought that would keep C.S. from disappearing from among mortals.

Regardless of what the so-called human mind thinks of Clinton, the fact is, our President is never a two-legged mortal, but thank God the one All in All Mind.

How wonderful it is that in the that the final trashing out of the one C.C.T. spiritual understanding of S&H, we come to see that evil’s greatest channel in using the mortal, in the belief that man is God, man trying to be God, instead of what he gloriously is, the man of God.

If we think that Clinton is trying to be God, that’s no different than our thinking Clinton is trying to be God because we’re making ourselves God and are on the same level of the human mind that all mortality is on.

Man is simply man. Man determines nothing,—except the one thing of reflecting what the one All-GOD divine Mind is divine Love IS. His infinite idea is the reality the one thing to know, the action alone and always unfolding, going on.

How easy it is to fall into this trap of condemnation when Mrs. Eddy clearly states “God…guides every event of our careers.” (Un. 3:27) That means exactly what it says, whether we humanly like it or not. That means every event!

I get caught up in this condemnation of our President w/o thinking it through, without asking myself, Is our country going downhill because of the President, or is the President but the manifestation of the thinking of the people? Obviously we never start our deduction by bringing in a 3rd (a person). We start with what is presenting itself as consciousness, as sin, and that is going on in the thought of all mortals this instant!

The O.V. 917 says, “Remember you are individual. You are not going into the kingdom of heaven on anybody’s shirts, whether called S&H, or the Bible, or C.J., or any thing else. You are going in on your own understanding of what God is and what man must be, and in no other way. “So, be willing to think it out metaphysically. Healing for all is spiritualization of thought. It starts with us. And we cannot keep Clinton out, not if God is our Mind. (See O.V. 556:12-19)

The B of D’s are wrong, have been governed by m.a.m., in ignoring the By-laws. But the entirety of the C.S. organization is just as much governed by m.a.m. when it personalizes this B of D’s as being the cause of the problem. The so-called cause is the is not of what is.

For the B of D’s to ignore the By-laws is to hold the C.S. Church “in the grasp of matter,” and is “the persecutor of T and L”—hence, the beast.

For the Christian Scientists who recognize that the B of D’s are wrong, that the By-laws are being ignored, and to say the B of D’s are responsible, the cause of the problem, are just as wrong,—hence the false prophet.

Both of these views are but decoys of the dragon, the insidious belief that man’s mind is man rather than God being man’s one and only Mind.

It is the dragon of Revelation that deceives. If Mrs. Eddy’s CCT of C.S. were acknowledged and obeyed not one of the so-called court cases would have taken place. Since there is but one Cause, then who is it that brought these cases against the church? Against those families that “lost” their precious children?

“The belief that C.S. is for the purpose of healing sin or disease is fraught with the greatest danger to the believer, because the mind (that believes there are By-laws that have been broken and that there are C. S’tists holding the B of D’s as responsible) is the same mind that holds within itself all that constitutes the disease (or claim) and therefore is not the Mind that can correct it. On the other hand, … O.V.706

O. V. 400 “Such knowing” → 402. . . that your joy might be full.” → 391 → to 393 → 399 “Before” → to 400 “You know that.”

S&H: 17:10 “And God leadeth us not into temptation, but delivereth us from sin, disease, and death.”

These negatives called “sin, disease, and death” are always God appearing to the mortal, but negatively interpreted as something positively real.

The CCT point is that the C.S’tist MUST stop entertaining duality. That’s why Mrs. Eddy says, “A knowledge of error and of its operations MUST precede that understanding of Truth which destroys error,” MUST stop having duality. Gaining “a knowledge of error and of its operations” stops the duality.

God does not make a negative unreversed. Instead, since God is the only Mind, He demonstrates the reversed negative, or the negative in reverse. So the negative is always God appearing. As Mrs. Eddy clearly says in Unity 36:8, “The USE of a lie is that it unwittingly confirms Truth, when handled by C.S, which reverses false testimony and gains a knowledge of God from opposite facts, or phenomena.”

So the negative appearing, then, is always God appearing but misinterpreted by the mortal. If we don’t stop having two minds how will we ever have but one Mind, regardless of whether it appears in positive or in negative language.

So when God presents Himself negatively He is declaring in no uncertain terms to the mortal’s positive belief, “This is what I am NOT!” How else can God get the mortal’s attention! The mortal saying “God is Love” simply will not do it when the mortal is not seeing spiritually. Hence “Sweet are the USES of adversity” says Mrs. Eddy in quoting Shakespeare. Note she is NOT saying adversity is sweet; but that its USES are sweet. God knows nothing about adversity, about sin, sickness, disease, or death. They are just interpreted that way by the mortal, seeing those negatives as real only because he’s accepting the human mind as his mind.

Think Through!

In JEJ’s Aug. ’48 letter, 1st paragraph he states that the “thread,” the “immediate thread” for Mrs. Eddy’s CCT started in May of 1884 in Chicago. Actually it started in Aug. or Sept. (check out 1884 marked Journals) because it was THEN and THERE in Chicago when Mrs. Eddy gave her class in a place other than Boston area establishing the SEED for the CCT. It was this SEED established in Chicago in 1884 that 3 years later emerged as the understanding of EAK’s taking 2 classes with Mary Baker Eddy and emerging in 1899 as the field language phase for the CCT as one, whole and perfect. This priceless gift of Mrs. Eddy’s founded field language in 1884, given to the field of C.S’tists, (no longer confined to Boston) which unlimited is and now forever, completely and perfectly founded in its full impersonality as our CCT One Volume, Complete.

This denial of matter by C.S.’tists the world over is what destroying the observable material church org. wherein mortals control over mortals in the name of benevolence.

WOW! 7/10/’03 Re: Intrinsic or Inherent Truth

“It makes no diff. to me whether there was a personal Jesus, , M.B.E., or HWE,” it was not their personality but their understanding that I accept.

Hence it is always intrinsic Truth that I follow and accept, and not A personality.

Now that B. is on her way to wholeness read again O.V. 678, 1st P. Again, ask yourself: Who was it that asked if you and Barb had any religious viewpoints the Drs & RN? Should be aware of. You’re right. It was God, but expressed in negative language. When you talked with them you brought in a 3rd by giving them a mind of their own, calling that mind the Divine Mind.

Mind has no duality to it. The human mind asks you a question and you respond—humanly! Had you responded divinely you possibly would have witnessed instantaneous healing. You could have answered, w/o telling them you were C.S’tists. The max fact that they were nice to you doesn’t mean this agreed with you. The human mind, alias the dragon is still in the driver’s seat saying NO to every thought of you. You responded as you did because you still believe man’s mind is man rather than God being man’s one and only Mind.
